Payment is required before services begin.

Refunds & Cancellations:
Coaching Sessions
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session.
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Sessions canceled on time can be rescheduled at no extra charge.
Courses & Workshops
Digital courses, workshops, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access is granted.
Refunds may be considered only for emergencies, on a case-by-case basis.
